1. The service
yourspot.city provides fixed-term digital promotional placement. An eligible website is represented by a building, company page, and rank based on active City Power. The service is advertising and promotional placement—not land, property, equity, a security, an investment, gambling, or a prize.
2. Duration and City Power
Each completed one-time payment provides City Power equal to the gross USD payment amount for exactly 30 calendar days. Separate payments have separate start and expiration dates. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
3. Dynamic ranking
Rankings are competitive and can change at any time as other companies purchase promotion, credits expire, or payments are refunded, disputed, or reversed. Any position shown before payment is an estimate based on the then-current city; no position is reserved or guaranteed.
4. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee traffic, profile views, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, search-engine performance, or any other commercial outcome. Reported metrics come only from events measured by the platform.
5. Website identity
Anyone may financially promote an eligible public URL. A purchase does not prove ownership of the domain. Public metadata may be displayed, but custom identity edits require authorization or domain verification.
6. Listing Policy and moderation
Listings remain subject to the current Listing Policy throughout their active term. We may review, suspend, or remove a listing that violates policy, changes materially, impersonates another business, is unlawful, or creates platform risk.
7. Payments and disputes
Payments are processed by PayPal. City Power activates only after successful capture completion. Fraud, chargebacks, reversals, or material disputes may suspend the affected credit while reviewed. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Platform changes
The visual city, categories, and interface may evolve. We will preserve the substance and remaining duration of valid purchased promotion. Building appearance and city geography are not fixed property rights.
9. Acceptable use
You may not submit malicious URLs, manipulate payments or analytics, impersonate a brand, interfere with the service, or use the platform unlawfully. Automated access may be limited to protect users and infrastructure.
10. Liability and contact
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected promotion. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Questions may be sent to support@yourspot.city.
