Each successful one-time payment creates its own promotion credit. It begins immediately after confirmed capture and expires 30 calendar days later. A later boost receives its own full 30-day term.
$1 of gross promotional spend = $1 of active City Power for 30 days. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, permanent placements, or virtual land rights.
Ranking stays competitive
Companies are ranked by active City Power. If two companies have the same power, the company that first reached that power ranks first. Your expected position is recalculated before PayPal opens, but no rank is reserved or guaranteed.
Your rank picks your building, so the ladder runs both ways: when someone buys more power than you, you move down it and your building becomes a smaller one. What you paid for does not shrink with it—your City Power and its full 30 days stay exactly as purchased. Only the position relative to everyone else moves.

A new startup can enter from $5. The top position is not the goal, and there is no advantage to spending more than your promotion is worth to you. Choose the amount that fits your budget, see the position and building it is expected to reach, and decide again later if you want to.
Moderation comes before payment
We fetch public website metadata through a protected server process and classify the primary business against the current Listing Policy. ALLOW continues to the purchase summary; DENY does not open payment.
